Daniel
Look at Daniel. He is not afraid of the lions. Normally the
lions would be very dangerous. But God has shut the mouths of the lions
just for Daniel.
Daniel was not afraid because God was with him. He was not going to be
hurt by the lions like the mean king intended. God is greater than the
mean king.
So Daniel is at peace with the enemies around him because he is at peace
with his God.
Now we dont have to be afraid either. We can be like Daniel and know that
God is greater than our worst fears. We should not play with lions for
they are dangerous, but lets trust God in all other situations when we
are afraid.
And if you ever do face a lion, or a mean dog, let's pray like Daniel and
ask God to shut their mouths.
