The message....

Many people out there are lost. You have no direction in life, or the direction you've taken brings you no fulfillment. Believe me, I know where you're coming from. A few years ago, my life was in a rut. I didn't know where I was going, or what I wanted to do with my life. It seemed like nothing could bring me happiness. Then I found out why. I wasn't happy because I wasn't complete, and I wasn't complete because I didn't truly know God. If you're not living a life with God, then you're probably rebelling against Him. Psalm 107:10,11 says "Some sat in darkness and the deepest gloom, prisoners suffering in iron chains, because they rebelled against the words of God."

The iron chains represent guilt, and they're held in place by sin. The only way that Satan can keep you bound up is if you continue to deny God. The reason that you have never realized it before is because of this. Proverbs 4:19 says that "the way of the wicked is like deep darkness, they do not know what makes them stumble." "They grope in darkness with no light, he(Satan) makes them stagger like drunkards."

Some of you may be thinking, "well my problems are too big for some simple solution." But I say that God can overcome it all, and will do it for you, if you'll only let Him. Psalm 107:14 says "He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death and broke away their chains."

God has released people from certain death, so I'm sure He can help in your situation, whatever it may be. "Because of the tender mercy of our God, by which the rising sun will come to us from heaven to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the path of peace" (Luke 1:78,79).

Gods wants to help you. He thoroughly enjoys releasing people from the chains of sin and overcoming the attempts by Satan to ensure that we all go to hell. For God is "not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"(2 Peter 3:9).

If you would like to experience the wonderful joy that I and the millions of Christians around the world have and do feel everyday, and more importantly to be positive that you are going to heaven then pray these words.

God please forgive me for the many sins that I have committed.
I know that your Son Jesus died on the cross for me.
Please come into my heart.
And help me to be the kind of person that you want me to be.
Amen.

You have entered into a new life. One filled with joy along as you trust, and obey God. I am not going to lie and say that there aren't going to be pitfalls along the way. But now at least you'll have a firm "rock" to stand on when the storms come. For "the Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, on whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower." The list goes on and on as you soon will see as a new creature in Christ.
