Many people go to Christian churches, but if they are asked what they believe, say all kinds of wacky answers! You would be surprised at the number of people who believe in some type of "universal force" (call it god if you will), that unites all religions...there is some kind of "truth" in every belief. Jesus was just a "risen master", like Buddha, and Krishna and you can raise yourself from the dead!

I've heard people say... "If you believe it, then its true"...Sorry, but the truth is that God is exactly who He is, and who He has always been and who He always will be...

"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever." (Hebrews 13:8).

But there is an ugly spirit of "political correctness" that says we must somehow include other pagan religions in with Christianity--Whoa!!--Wait a minute!--If you are a Christian, say you believe in Jesus Christ--the Son of God--by the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit!! Say it!!! God cares about what is in our hearts! There should only be room for Jesus inside your heart! The greatest, simplest instruction telling us how to be a Christian is found in the book of Romans, chapter 10 verse 9...

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

But there is an Enemy we must battle...you know who I mean...this guy...

Now listen, if you are a Christian, Satan is a defeated foe, he is under your feet... "And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen." (Romans 16:20).

But he loves to use the unsaved to attack Christians and make them feel that they must go along with the social "status quo" of the world! You aren't saved by your social standing, nor by how popular you are amongst your peers, or how politically correct you are (thank God, because I personally would be burning in Hell if I had to meet the worlds standards!!) We are saved by the blood of Christ!!

"Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:" (1 Peter 1:18-19).

You know what the devil likes to do?...He loves to attack the Word of God..especially the instructions God gives us to be saved!! Remember, God tells us to "confess with our mouths the Lord Jesus" and "believe in our heart that He is raised from the dead" Well, we can see that the devil has put out a spirit that says we shouldn't talk about Jesus as God, or that He was the only one who has been raised from the dead...(We wouldn't want to offend the Buddhists or Hindus or what have you) You see, in these last days, the Enemy is pulling out all the stops, (he probably knows that his days are numbered!), Don't forget that the devil knows the Bible! When Satan himself tempted Jesus in the desert (see Matthew chapter 4) he quoted scripture to Jesus, mocking Him! The devil loves to do the same thing to the Christian! Have you heard the Name of Jesus Christ used lately? I hear His name used all the time--always as a curse!

Everyone, (and amazingly enough, even those who profess to be atheists!) when they swear, use the name of Jesus! At every little problem I hear..."Jesus Christ!"...every time someone stubs their toe, or whatever little bad thing happens...the name of the Lord is used!! In all my days I have never heard anyone curse by any other name...Think about it, have you ever heard anyone say.."By Buddha!"...or....."for Krishna's sake!" ? Nope, its always Jesus they curse! And you know the Enemy loves it! The devil can't do anything about the word of God, but He can have people cursing God, and he loves to have them inverting scriptures..!

The devil does everything backwards, and he loves to have people living their lives by reverse scriptures...especially the scriptural instruction for salvation! Instead of "confessing with your mouth the Lord Jesus" the devil says "curse with your mouth, the Lord Jesus"! And instead of "believing in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead" the devil says..."believe He was just a risen master--you can raise yourself from the dead!" Every Christian must know the simple test of the spirits..

"Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world." (1 John 4:1-3).

It is very easy to listen to the spirits that are in the world..but this scripture clearly tells us to be aware that some ideas come from the spirit of antichrist. Get the enemy mad! Expose his plans and attacks on the word of God and against Christians! Take a stand as a Christian and renounce the enemies plans! I just want to ask you this question.....Have you made the devil mad this week?
